Before real estate, David spent 17 years in the IT industry with a top-five U.S. defense contractor, working across finance, project management, and business management, and holds a bachelor’s degree in finance. That background shows up directly in how he handles commercial transactions — reading the numbers closely, managing every deal like the project it is, and keeping complex transactions organized and on track from contract to close.

- Davis Square Apartments, Brentwood — Represented the seller in the sale of this Brentwood-area apartment community. A targeted marketing campaign generated more than 20 qualified offers, resulting in a sale price 10% above asking on a multimillion-dollar transaction, with a 30-day close negotiated for the seller.
- 16,000 SF Office Building, Bee Cave, TX — Represented the seller in the sale of the former Magpul Industries headquarters, now home to Ways2Well.
