Before real estate, David spent 17 years in the IT industry with Northrop Grumman, a Fortune 75 defense contractor, working across finance, project management, and business management, and holds a bachelor’s degree in finance. That background shows up directly in how he handles residential transactions — reading the numbers closely, managing every deal like the project it is, and keeping complex transactions organized and on track from contract to close.
